Walmart’s goal was to streamline it’s online shopping experience as well as a fresh new look for mobile and desktop.
With the combined team effort between Walmart and my agency, I was heavily involved in the Discovery Phase of creating Walmart personas, use case scenarios and customer journey efforts. Based on our research, we presented key findings, solutions and concepts to our stakeholders.

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS – We searched through hundreds of retail sites to find valuable opportunities for Walmart’s experience.

INTERVIEWS – Over the course of 3 weeks we conducted 12 interviews with over 40 Walmart team members. This helped us understand the team’s current aspirations and limitations.
