Our San Francisco bank had teamed up with Amazon Alexa to create a virtual voice banking assistant. In this pilot, we wanted customers the ability to do the following through Alexa.
• Check balance • Bill Pay • Transfer Funds • Listen to Recent Transactions • Find an ATM
As interaction designer, I worked closely with our Content Strategist to create a unique interactive conversational experience. I also created flows and prototypes that demonstrated the setup and authentication process.
